Our business today
ET ME’s principal business is the licensing of a proprietary integrated software platform to operators in the digital ticket trading industry. The platform comprises a Point-of-Sale system, an automated Delivery Bot, Marketplace API Integrations, a Dynamic Pricing Bot, and an Automated Procurement Engine. Operators license one or more components under written Service Agreements and use the platform to automate their own procurement, pricing, distribution, and fulfilment activities at scale.
The platform is the product. Operators retain full ownership of their ticket inventory, customer relationships, and payment instruments. ET ME provides the technology, ongoing support, maintenance, and updates — it does not act as a counterparty in the operator’s commercial activity.
Our history and the 2025-2026 transition
ET ME was incorporated on 31 March 2022 in the RAKEZ Free Zone. The company was originally established to operate in the digital ticket trading industry, and during the period from 2022 through 2025 engaged in ticket procurement, distribution, and resale activities under business agreements with industry counterparties.
From 2025 onward, the company’s operations shifted to focus on the proprietary software platform developed in-house to support those activities. The transition to a B2B software-services principal business was formalised in 2026, with the platform licensed to a small number of operator clients under written Service Agreements. ET ME may, from time to time, continue to engage in ancillary commercial activities permitted by its RAKEZ E-Commerce Licence under separate B2B agreements, as set out in §13 of our Terms of Service.
Who we serve
The platform is licensed to business clients (“Operators”) only. Typical Operator profiles include independent ticket-trading businesses, brokers, and operators of secondary-market marketplaces who need automated procurement, pricing, marketplace distribution, and fulfilment technology at scale. ET ME does not sell tickets to consumers through this website or otherwise via the platform.
Governance and compliance
ET ME operates under the RAKEZ Free Zone regulatory framework. Personal data processed through the platform is handled in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (UAE PDPL) and, where applicable to Operators’ end users in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A Data Processing Agreement is available to Operators on request.
