Operators license one or more components under their Service Agreement. Each module runs on the operator’s behalf and uses the operator’s resources; the operator retains ticket ownership at all times.

From Service Agreement to live operation
- Service Agreement. The operator signs a written Software Services Agreement with ET ME. Scope, fees, and term are defined per Operator.
- Integration. The platform integrates into the operator’s stack via API. Marketplace accounts and payment instruments stay on the operator side.
- Operation. Licensed components run on the operator’s behalf – procurement, pricing, distribution, delivery.
- Operator retains ownership. Ticket inventory, customer relationships, and payment instruments remain the operator’s at all times.
- Support and updates. ET ME provides platform access, ongoing technical support, maintenance, and updates.
- Fees. Service fees billed on a fixed and usage-based structure per the Service Agreement.

Express Tickets Middle East FZ-LLC was incorporated in 2022 in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, under RAKEZ E-Commerce Licence n° 45000870 (Registration n° 0000004036205). During 2022 – 2025 the company engaged in ticket procurement, distribution, and resale activities under business agreements with industry counterparties.
From 2025 onward, ET ME’s principal business has shifted to the provision of B2B software-platform services to operators in the digital ticket trading industry. The transition was formalised in 2026 with the licensing of the integrated platform described above. ET ME may continue to engage in ancillary commercial activities permitted by its RAKEZ E-Commerce Licence under separate B2B agreements, as set out in Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
