Privacy Policy

Express Tickets Middle East FZ-LLC (“ET ME”) is in the process of finalising a comprehensive Privacy Policy aligned to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (the “UAE PDPL”) and, where applicable to end users of our Operator clients in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”). The full Privacy Policy will be published here once finalised with UAE-qualified counsel.

Summary of our current data-handling posture

The website at ticketsme.express is informational and does not collect personal data from visitors beyond standard server-side technical logs. We do not operate a consumer ticket marketplace and do not collect end-customer purchase data via this website.

To the extent personal data is processed through the ET ME software platform by our business clients (“Operators”), the Operator acts as the data controller and ET ME acts as the data processor. ET ME processes personal data only in accordance with the Operator’s documented instructions and solely for the purpose of providing the Services, as set out in Section 9 of our Terms of Service.

A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering platform usage is available on request to Operators.
