How it works
The following describes the operational relationship between Express Tickets Middle East FZ-LLC (“ET ME”) and an Operator using the platform. Specific commercial terms are set out in each Operator’s individual Service Agreement.
- Service Agreement. The Operator signs a written Software Services Agreement with ET ME. The Service Agreement specifies which Service Components are licensed, the fee structure, the term length, and any project-specific provisions. General terms are governed by our Terms of Service.
- Onboarding. ET ME provisions the Operator’s platform tenant, configures marketplace integrations, imports the Operator’s existing inventory data where applicable, and sets up the Operator’s account credentials.
- Integration. The platform integrates into the Operator’s stack via API. Marketplace API integrations are connected to the Operator’s existing marketplace accounts and procurement integrations are connected to the Operator’s payment instruments.
- Operation. The licensed Service Components run on the Operator’s behalf – procurement, pricing, distribution, and fulfilment – according to the Operator’s configured rules and targets.
- Operator retains ownership. The Operator retains full ownership of, and responsibility for, all ticket inventory, all customer relationships, and all payment instruments. The platform is a tool that automates and optimises the Operator’s activities; it does not replace the Operator as the principal in those activities. This is set out in Section 5.2 of our Terms of Service.
- Support and updates. ET ME provides ongoing technical support, platform maintenance, security updates, and feature updates throughout the term of the Service Agreement.
- Fees. Service fees are billed periodically as set out in the Service Agreement. Fee structures may be fixed monthly, usage-based, or a combination, depending on the Service Components licensed.
What this is not
ET ME does not sell tickets to consumers via the platform or via this website. ET ME does not take title to the tickets handled through the platform. ET ME does not act as a counterparty or broker in the Operator’s commercial activities. The platform is a software tool licensed to business clients; it is not a marketplace.
Other commercial activities
ET ME’s principal business is the provision of the platform and related software services. ET ME may, from time to time, engage in other commercial activities permitted by its RAKEZ E-Commerce Licence under separate B2B agreements, as set out in Section 13 of our Terms of Service. The website at ticketsme.express is not a marketplace or sales channel for any such activities.
