SERVICES PROVIDED

Express Tickets Middle East FZ-LLC ("The Company") is a private, independent company that specializes in obtaining and providing tickets and packages for events worldwide. Leveraging various sources, we can secure a broad range of seats for nearly any event in any location. Due to the costs and efforts involved, all tickets are sold above face value. Additionally, we assist with purchasing authorized tickets by providing necessary resources such as local phone numbers or credit cards, with the client owning the tickets upon purchase and paying us a service fee for these resources.

POLICIES

Tickets for major events depend on availability. Due to the nature of our business, ticket delivery may be as late as the day of the event. We cannot guarantee odd amounts of tickets will be together, nor can we ensure seats in specific rows or sections.

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final; no refunds or cancellations are allowed. Upon request, we can place your order on a "Try to sell" basis.

WEATHER

Weather conditions that impact travel or cause event postponement or cancellation are beyond our control, and no refunds or allowances will be made for such circumstances.

TRANSPORTATION

The Company is not responsible for damages, delays, cancellations, or unavailability of transportation caused by natural disasters, wars, riots, state actions, strikes, fires, floods, or any other events beyond our control.

SPECIAL NOTES

If your first choice of tickets is unavailable, The Company reserves the right to upgrade, downgrade (with a partial refund), or cancel the order with a full refund. All prices are in euros. Deposits are non-refundable. Ticket prices are guaranteed at the time of order and payment. Full payment is required to guarantee ticket purchase.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot be rectified later.
  2. No refunds or exchanges will be made for canceled shows; only the face value may be refunded.
  3. If an event is changed or postponed, payments will be transferred to the new date. Customers must check for changes. Refunds for unsuitable new dates depend on the organizer's policy.
  4. Tickets for sold-out events may include premiums in the price. We ensure ticket delivery and validity. If tickets are not delivered or are invalid, we will refund the amount paid, excluding additional costs.

Credit Card Application

For some events requiring a special credit card, we can provide such cards for ordering. We will create accounts and process payments on your behalf, giving you full access after payment of the ticket price and service fee.

DELIVERY

Tickets are typically delivered the night before the event to the local hotel address provided during booking. For hotel delivery, this will be at the front desk or concierge. If tickets are not received 24 hours before the event, customers should contact us immediately. Delivery methods include in-person, secure courier, local ticket collection, or email for electronic tickets. Customers must provide a safe delivery point and valid email address. Lost, delayed, or damaged tickets due to courier issues will be investigated for resolution.

Delivery options include E-Tickets, Match Day Paper Tickets, Season Tickets, or Member Cards. Season Tickets or Member Cards must be returned immediately after the event. Failure to return these may result in charges for additional events at the venue.

The Buyer is responsible to be not in breach with any of the Organizers Terms and Conditions like (but not exclusively) not exceeding the maximum ticket amount allowed per person or per account. If the buyer is in such breach, no guarantees are made and cancelation of tickets will NOT result in ANY refund.

THE CONTRACT

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Company upon confirmation of your order. This contract is governed by the laws of the UAE. If any part of the contract is invalid, the rest remains effective. Legal fees for breach or enforcement of the contract may be recovered by The Company. This contract, along with the service description on our invoice, is the entire agreement and can only be modified in writing, signed by the General Manager of The Company.
